"Jin, Jin relax. It's only for a little bit. When we take you back to Arthur, we'll change it back. This is just so if the police do find us, they can't arrest Hyung for housing us against Captain's will." Not that he planned on ever letting Jin go back, but that would be the last thing he told the other bot.
His comfort was cut short as Hyung Soo shoved him out of the way to grab Jin. "Let him go! He hasn't done anything!" He winced as Hyung Soo turned his gaze to him.
"I told you Hyung, I've done a lot of things I regret. You have to sit down and listen." Figuring there was no point holding back any longer, Yong Soo popped open one of the panels in his arm, revealing the synthetic muscles and wires.
"Oma and Appa told you about the accident right? Well, I was paralized from the neck down. Part of my spine was crushed, and there wasn't any hope of me moving unless I got cyber implants. And you know how Oma and Appa are. They would never pay, even if they could afford it. And Ivan, he was supposed to give me the implants, so I could live normally. But it went wrong, he said that it couldn't be avoided, that he had to turn me into a bot..." God his voice was getting thick. He was going to burst into tears again.
"I thought I was a special case. The only person who ever got turned into a bot. I trusted Ivan, I could still do whatever I wanted. I thought I could live with it. It was so much better than being stuck in a bed unable to even scratch my nose for the rest of my life. But, I'm not the only one. All bots are. Every single one of them."
He jammed the case back onto his arm and turned back to Jin. "Please Jin, trust me, I'm going to fix everything. I'm going to fix what Ivan did to you, but you have to trust me. You have to let Hyung put his social security number and register you."

The rug was yet again swiped from under his feet when the elder Korean practically tossed his younger brother out of the way, grabbing Jin’s wrist into a vice grip and staring deeply into his golden eyes. Now he was spouting some nonsense about being human and Yong Soo’s use of pronouns and...what? What a creep! And Yong Soo wanted him to be their new owner?
“Of course I’m not! And who gave you the right to touch me? I am the personal bot of Arthur Kirkland, heir and owner of the Kirkland Shipping Corporation, and I will not allow someone like you to gain control over me!”
His stress only worsened when Hyung Soo went to interrogate his brother, but Jin was confident Yong Soo would be able to explain their situation. ...What he got however, was an extended pile of gibberish that he couldn’t even begin to process – all bots were former humans? They were doing this against their will? What will? They didn’t have will! Jin stared at Yong Soo with wide eyes, shaking his head and trying to pull away.
“No, no, no; you’re not making any sense! Bots aren’t people, they’re bots! We were made in a factory and we’re supposed to serve our owners and...!” he was starting to regret letting the other take him so far, he should have suspected something more serious was up when Yong Soo mentioned turning off his tracking signal. Turning off his GPS must have been a way to hinder him directly...ugh, he was such an idiot sometimes! This wouldn’t be the first time Yong Soo had tricked him, but he was all too willing to play along just to see Yong Soo smile, but he wasn’t even doing that now so...what was the point?
Temper flaring despite his motherboard’s attempts to settle the activity, he turned to Yong Soo, his own eyes starting to brim with the same clear liquid. “What is wrong with you? Why aren’t you smiling? You’re supposed to smile! That’s what you do, that how I know you’re you, that’s what I look for whenever I see you!” the bot paused, visibly shaking, “So…stop it…I hate this game…s-stop looking like that...”

Hyung Soo stared in amazement as the boy-nononono- the bot told him just who he was. He was a robot. Owned by a man that Hyun Soo had met in passing. A rather rich man. A rather influential man. And Yong Soo had kidnapped this bot and brought him right to-but no! No! Yong Soo was kidnapped himself. He was trying to help this bot by-
He pulled himself back and grabbed his hair as he stared at THAT. That…that arm of his brother. But it wasn’t his arm anymore. It was just wires. Just machine. He was a machine. Hyung Soo shook his head as that stupid thing kept rambling on. His brother was a bot? What did he mean and the other bots were like him too? Other bots were people? That was ridiculous! Of course they weren’t people! He’d know! No one could keep a secret that big! But as he tried to think that THING just kept talking and talking and talking and talking and-
Hyung Soo, for a moment, raised his hand as if to strike the mouth off of that thing, however his will wavered as he saw the desperate look in its eyes. How it wanted Yong Soo to smile. Wasn’t that what he had missed all this time? That smile? And if he struck this bot now…this bot that held his brothers hand…would he ever be able to take it back?
Slowly the Korean lowered his hand and took a deep breath. He had heard worse. He had been through worse. Hadn’t he? Right now these bots-no…these…boys needed a calm head. Anger would lead them nowhere.
And yet it still burned. His heart. How someone had stripped his brother clean. Had violated him further than he could have ever imagined. Made him one of those things that- “I’ve shot a few Nam dong-seng. Quite a few.” He reached out to touch his brother but-it just wouldn’t be the same. So he lowered his hand and turned to make some tea. Let the boys talk it out. All this could work out. Just keep control. Don’t lose it. Keep control

"Oh Jin." Yong Soo brought the Chinese bot closer to him, wrapping him in a hug. "I'm sorry, I know you don't like this. I'm trying to make this as easy as I can on you, but I know this is a big mess." Gently he rubbed the bot's back, almost exactly like Hyung Soo had done to him just minutes before. "You don't need to cry, I'll try to smile for you more."
If this had happened just weeks earlier, Yong Soo would have thought nothing of just opening Jin up and reprograming these disagreeing feelings out of him. The thought made him sick. To just open up Jin and tinker in his head and change who he was, or at least, what his programing made him to be. Who knew how much of this was the Jin and how much was Jia.
Still cradling Jin to him, Yong Soo looked up at his brother. "I'm sorry Hyung. I should have come to you sooner, explained all this better. I'm sorry. You have no idea how sorry I am for everything." turning back to Jin, he pressed his face to Jin's hair and tried to just relax. He had cried enough already, and Jin didn't need to see anymore of his tears.

Still limp from his outburst, Jin allowed himself to be pulled into Yong Soo’s embrace, the liquid still pouring down his cheeks. Was it over? Would he stop playing this stupid game so they could go home?
He shifted a bit, startled at the duration of the hug; he couldn't remember a time it had lasted so long. This was all so weird and he just wanted to go home and finish charging and wake up the next morning to do more pointless experiments with the other bot. You know; their normal routine. But Yong Soo was sick and leaking and talking about things that didn’t make any sense; did he have a virus? Jin briefly considered offering to run a scan of the Korean’s system when the other bot buried his face into his hair, causing a small mechanism in his chest to pulse faster than it ever had. That feeling, it was so foreign and yet something was telling him he’d experienced something similar to this...a long, long time ago...
‘You … … est … … lit … … broth … r... Ji …ong ...’
Jin’s eyes flickered and he looked back to Yong Soo, noticing the tenseness in his form seem to dissipate. Hesitantly, he allowed himself to relax as well, eyes closing and quietly entering Sleep Mode in order to conserve his remaining bits of energy.

Hyung Soo listened to the two behind him as he stared at the pot. So Yong Soo was alive. And a robot. And all robots were humans once. Just like Yong Soo had been. Been stripped of his humanity. Probably while laying naked and afraid on some cold, steel table- He rubbed his eyes and shook his head once more. It was so early in the morning, so late at night.
His anger pulsed and breathed, like a prowling lion, waiting patiently for the time in which it would be let loose. Perhaps in a few days? It could wait. Oh how it could wait. At his brother’s apologies Hyung Soo held his hands into fists until the knuckles were white. Until the fingers were crushed. He held up his hand, as if to signal for the boy to stop.
“Do not apologize for things that are out of your control. You did not know I was here. I did not know you were here. That is all. And this….situation is not your fault. It is this man-“ He wouldn’t even speak his name, “That man’s fault. For now, calm yourself, and tell me what has happened to you nam dong-seng.” He poured the tea into two cups- did bots drink tea?- and turned to find-well- The nameless bot leaning against his brother. With his eyes closed and- “Is he dead?” Hyung Soo frowned. After tonight, nothing would faze him ever again. He walked towards his brother and handed him his tea. With much effort he attempted to smile, “I mistook you for lovers, and now you kill him? This is a strange relationship indeed nam dong-seng.” He attempted at humour. He could be funny, rarely, but even he knew that this was hardly the time to attempt a joke about murder…and bots…which were people.
Hyung Soo looked down and shrugged, drinking the other bot’s tea. Flashes of oil splattering over carpets and walls flashed through his mind. Maybe it would be best if he didn’t go into that? Now was not the time after all.

Yong Soo let out a small, watery laugh at that. "He's not dead, just went to sleep mode. I interuppted him when he was charging so his batteries are almost dead. He's an older model and still runs on electricty." Carrying Jin to the only bed in the flat, he pushed up the bot's shirt to get to the charge plug in his back. "Think the wiring here can handle charging him for a couple of hours?" Yong Soo asked while plugging him into a nearby socket.
Taking the tea from his brother, he leaned against Hyung Soo. "I'm not sure if you would call us lovers. I dont really know what you would call us." Fiddling with the cup in his hands, Yong Soo took a sip.
"Ivan is... odd. He's very lonely and socially awkward. We met when I was in college. My one teacher was pimping me out to all these different companies. I dunno if Oma and Appa told you, but I was considered a robotics prodigy at the time. Anyways, Ivan offered me my dream job. A lab to just sit in and create whatever I wanted, just as long as they culd sell the idea afterwards. No deadlines, no goals to meet. It was perfect. I was all set up to start working with him the moment I graduated college. Then the accident happened, and I made my choice. He'd turn me into a cyber, give me the implants so I could walk again, and I'd move in with him immediantly. I thought I could trust him Hyung. I really did."

Hyung Soo watched as his brother placed the bot/boy onto his bed. Of course it was sleeping. That’s what they did when they were running on low battery. And this all must have been very confusing for the thing. To be taken away from his owner and suddenly brought to a strange man’s house. He shook his head slightly. As long as the said owner didn’t figure out Hyung Soo was holding his bot against its will, then everything would be fine. Not that he couldn’t hold his own against Arthur, however the man was quite important. It was a lot harder to deal with important people, especially when they were persecuting you.
As his brother drew close, Hyung Soo wrapped an arm around him. When was the last time he had held his brother? Very long ago, so long in fact he couldn’t remember. Their relationship was not one that involved a lot of touching or sweet words. They were brothers. They loved each other, but also bothered each other in the same way. Perhaps this was how they got along? The fact that they were so different, like opposites in a way. Yong Soo was always cheerful and playful, while Hyung Soo was always serious and hard working. Both had good work ethic, but whereas Hyung was about law and order, Yong seemed to enjoy a bit of chaos to his work. It was why they could never move in together. After a week they would be at one another, Hyung accusing Yong of being irresponsible and immature, and Yong telling Hyung he had a stick up his- Well that didn’t matter. They were here now. And now Hyung had to look after his little brother.
He listened to Yong Soo’s explanation quietly, trying to take note of every possible detail. Ivan was a man, socially awkward. Lonely. Good to know. And he was a known robotics expert. Ivan-probably Slavic. Russian, Ukrainian or Belorussian. Maybe even Polish. A last name would be better though. He nodded at the comment and gave a small smile.
“I do recall you telling me about your works in your letters nam dong-seng, I did not know you were so good though. You are too modest.” When Yong Soo finished Hyung frowned. So he went willingly? That was also interesting to know. “Oma and Appa said you had died…but now I do recall they said you were dead to them. I was a fool. I did not notice their choice in words,” He looked at his tea which had begun to cool, “I should have searched further. If I had known you were made into, one of them, I could have found you. I have ways.” With a shake of his head he rubbed his brother’s arm once more. “But do not beat yourself up nam dong-seng. You have the body of, one of them but you have your mind. That is what matters Yong Soo. You can remember who you are. It is the thoughts and memories that make the man. That shapes who you are.” With great strength the turned to look into his little brother’s eyes. Were those his own eyes? That had looked up to him when he was just a babe? Or were those electronic too? Were they also filled with wires and flowed with electricity?
He leaned his head on top of Yong Soo’s (or, half attempted because they were the same height- though Hyung Soo never admitted it). With a heavy breath he kept his voice low, so as to not disturbed his brother’s precious thing that slept on his bed. “You are safe here. The officials will not come here, and the people in the building know not to snoop around in my area. They are smarter than that. If you wish I have a place I rent in the Eastern sector. It is where my men and I will go when we have a mission to deal with. You will be safe there, they will assume you are with the military. They will not question me, or your bot-“ Hyung caught himself and awkwardly recovered, the words a little odd on his tongue, “Friend. The house is bigger there, and the living area is nicer. Whatever you want nam dong-seng. For now just relax and try to think of what to do next. And when you are ready, tell me all there is to know about what is happening and this man you keep mentioning.” His voice did not hide exactly what he wanted to do to this man when he found him.
((holy long post batman. sorry))

"I know. Even though I got turned into this, I never really considered myself a bot. I'm the only one changed with my memories and personality untouched." Yong Soo stared into the tea in his cup.
"I'm still having problems beliving it. I mean, Ivan's so... sweet usually. I mean, when I recovered and cooked for the first time, I made ssam bap and daeji bulgogi, and he ate it. Ivan's Russian. The spiciest thing he's ever eaten before that was a cabbage roll. He almost started to cry from all the hot pepper in it, but he was worried about upsetting me so he forced himself to eat it. I mean, he really took care of me and cared about me. He bent over backwards to make me comfortable. When I was recovering from the surgery that turned me into a bot, he spent a lot of time taking care of me himself. And he's so sweet with Allie, but I guess he did know she used to be human." He sighed, nuzzling his head to Hyung Soo's shoulder. He felt his brother shift and lay his head on top his owns and smiled. Hyung always loved being the big brother, even though he wasn't any bigger size wise.
"It's not your fault, not looking harder. I should have know Oma and Appa wouldn't have told you anything. I could have looken you up earlier. I had every opurtunity to after I recovered. And I just didn't. I'm sorry. I should have come to you earlier Hyung."
Listening to Hyung Soo talk about the Eastern sector, Yong Soo nodded. "Yeah, that might be better. I know Jin isn't used to little places like this. Captain K spoiled him a lot. It'd be better if you could keep your coworkers out if you could though. I'm no problem. Ivan'll put two and two together soon enough when he goes into the lab and see what I left out. He'll probably leave the apartment and go into hiding. The problem is Captain K. Hyung, no one else knows that bots are really people. And Captain K relaly cares about Jin. It won't be noon until he notices Jin's missing, and that he's not just with me testing new upgrades. The city is gonna be plastered with missing bot posters. I disabled all the mechanics so they can't track us down, but your coworkers are gonna know who he is."

Hyung Soo listened as his brother explained the man named Ivan to him. So he was Russian? Well Hyung had gotten one thing right so far. Though he had to admit he was slightly disappointed. He had some sort of weakness against Russians. He had always liked the country, and the accent. In fact he always got a little soft when- Now isn’t exactly the time to dwell on that.
He continued to listen on about this (Russian) man named Ivan. How he treated Yong Soo. But to hear about how ‘sweet’ the man had been, it was rather unnerving. While staring at the bot in front of them, the Korean wondered if his brother had stokehold syndrome. Perhaps after being in captivity for so long, he had grown to love this man that had ripped his body apart and had torn into him like- Hyung Soo shivered again and tried to shake the thoughts away. Instead he focused on what was ahead. On finding a safe hiding spot for his brother and the bot.
“There is no need to worry about my coworkers nam dong-seng. They will not be there, and even if they show up they will not question me. They are very loyal men. I have earned their respect. But just in case, you should wear a uniform. I do not know if we can get your friend into one, but even still, it will work. And the woman who owns the flat does not ask questions. She knows better.” With a nod he looked to the window, “But I wonder, what is this Arthur man like? I only met him once before. Very business orientated. Stern. I liked him.” With a sigh he put down his cup.

Jin was still sleeping on the bed. Now, while he was deactivated would probably be the best time to just open up his head and change Arthur's social security number to Hyung Soo's. On the chance that anyone did see them and alert the police (Hell, Yong Soo was certain that Arthur was gonna put out a reward for having Jin returned unharmed that could settle the national debt of some smaller nations. The city was gonna be crawling with bounty hunters, police, private investigators, the random money hungry, and the more trying to find him.) and Jin was found, it would probably land his brother in jail for a long time and ruin his military carrer. But that would involve changing his programing against his will. Disarming his gps and tracking devices to protect him was one thing. Going and just opening him up and doing something that he refused... Yong Soo just couldn't do it anymore. It was just wrong now.
Reluctantly tugging out of Hyung Soo's arms, he went over to try and wake Jin. He might be able to talk Jin into it if he smiled and did the puppy eye thing that always made Jin tend to agree with him. "We should leave soon, before the sun goes up and people start walking around and could spot us. I could probably even get Jin into a uniform if I sucked up to him and the uniform wasn't too bad. I'd have no problems wearing one either. It's not like I didn't wear worse when playing Sugar Daddy and Young Asian Boy Toy with Ivan."
Not noticing Hyung Soo's reaction, Yong Soo shook Jin's shoulder. "It's not surprise that you like Arthur. You're both all serious and workaholicy and overprotective and you both have a stick up your asses." Yong Soo smiled, petting Jin's cheek. "Come on Jin, we need to get going."

Feeling the warm touch of a hand on his cheek, golden eyes fluttered open, reflecting a certain light that until then had been sorely absent.
Jia rubbed his face with a slight moan, attempting to roll over onto his stomach. His bed smelled different and felt a lot crisper than he had ever kept it, but he notched that curiosity up to only being half awake.
“It’s too early for school gege...”
The boy paused, catching sight of an unfamiliar face from the corner of his eye. ...That was definitely not Yao. Wait...this had happened before hadn’t it? There was a blond...his name was Matthew...they talked about his paren...
A jolt of energy shot through Jia’s body and he found himself sitting up with a sharp gasp. He looked around the room frantically, trying desperately to find something, anything that he found familiar. Jia glanced to the boy sitting besides him, wondering if he was another friend of Matthew’s; maybe he knew what was going on? Maybe he’d come to help? He opened his mouth to ask a question, stopping when he felt a slight tug from behind. Slowly he looked over his shoulder, glad that he had nothing in his stomach to expel.
“...Oh you’ve got to be shitting me,” he breathed, staring at the long cord that led from the wall right into his lower back. Jia fought the tears beginning to sting at the corners of his eyes; this was not something he wanted to wake up to in the morning...the evening rather, judging by the sky outside. Swallowing, he reached out to unplug..himself from the socket, however found himself unable to even touch the cord without recoiling in disgust.
It was coming out of his back...it was actually coming out of his back...!

Hyung Soo had gone into battle before. In fact, once he had a grenade go off almost beside him. The ringing in his ears seemed to drag on forever, and his eyes couldn’t seem to focus. That was how he felt now. That was how this hot, blinding rage seemed to scream into his ears to just beat the hell out of anything near him.
Sugar daddy? Asian boy toy? Those weren’t exactly the words that he wanted to hear his brother say. And just like that the feeling of wanting to kill Ivan and needing to kill him changed. His hand shook as his tea sloshed all over the floor. He had to remain calm, right? He had to be an adult. But I’ll be damned if any man dresses up my brother just to rape him and- His toes curled as his face contorted into a horrible image of loathing. And he might had been able to keep himself cool if it weren’t for those horrible images suddenly flashing through his mind. Because he had seen what kidnappers did to their victims. Hell, he had seen what some men did to their own sons and daughters, never mind young boys they picked off the street.
He grabbed the mug with his other hand, willing himself to calm down, forcing himself to breath. Because what could he do? Well he wanted to grab his brother and scream for him to lead him to the man right now. But he had learned in the past that that didn’t work. That Yong Soo wouldn’t let his brother give him orders and tell him what to do. If anything, do to their sibling relationship, Yong Soo would be even more likely to NOT tell Hyun Soo, if he demanded (and violently too).
He instead put down his cup (rather angrily, as if it was the objects fault) and stormed into the bathroom, where he slammed the door. He would cool off. Get the clothes. Then, if need be, drag his brother and the thing to a safe spot. He quickly turned the tap on and washed his face, his nails digging into his skin. I seriously can’t take much more of this.

Yong Soo winced. Gege? Oh gods no. This was the worst possible time for Jia to come back out. Not when everything was so messed up and Yong Soo wasn't even sure what was going on.
"Hey, Jia. My name's Yong Soo. Just relax. I'm gonna take care of you, okay? We're in my brother Hyung Soo's house. You were in a bad situation, and I got you out. We're gonna try and get you back to your family, but we gotta fix you first."
Getting up, Yong Soo carefully unplugged Jin's cord, letting it curl back inside his body. "I know you're probably terrified right now, but I promise I'm going to do everything I can for you. I just need you to trust me. Can you try to trust me Jia?"
Yong Soo was so focused trying to sooth the paniced boy, Hyung Soo's anger behind me went completely unnoticed.

Jia nodded slowly as the boy next to him spoke, unable to move his eyes from the thick cord weaving over the covers, across the floor, and into the wall. This was insane. He supposed this wasn’t much different than waking up in the middle of the rich sector of Eishoff without any memory of what occurred after being wheeled into the operating room. But he wasn’t plugged into a fricking wall back then like was now – seeing something so obviously alien coming out of him, knowing that that cord was a part of him was enough to make him wish he’d never woken up in the first place.
Blinking tears from his eyes he turned to face the other boy, raising a hand in greeting. He didn’t even bother asking how or why he knew his name.
“Uh...hey...I guess?”
Jia allowed himself to relax a bit, relieved that there was at least someone there who was able to explain just what the hell was going on. Maybe this guy really was in league with Matthew? That meant he wasn’t in league with whoever was in charge of that weird place he was sent to, right? ...Actually that didn’t really explain why he had his hand on his cheek, but that was honestly the least of his worries right now.
He tensed up again as the other continued to talk, looking away as the damned cord slowly snaked back into his body. He could feel it inside of himself, fitting so perfectly, yet so unnaturally.
“What d’you mean by fix me? I mean, like, what’s wrong with me? ...Other than having an extension cord in my spine I mean...”
Jia wasn’t exactly sure he wanted to hear the answer to that question, but knew that he would find out eventually and hoped hearing it from someone with a level head would soften the blow. He didn’t think he’d be able to calm himself down if he suddenly found out his abdomen was turned into a toaster oven. His heart (or whatever stood in place of it now) nearly burst from his chest when he heard Yong Soo mention his family.
“No, no you can’t send me back to them, they’re the ones who sent me to that stupid fake hospital in the first place,” he said, covering his face.
