The bot needed to stop himself from apologising for apologising, hoping he hadn’t already ruined his chances of satisfying his new owner. Though, maybe he was over thinking this... Surely Arthur would give him some leeway during his first few hours; allow Jin to collect and process the information before being expected to perform? Then again, he had heard that humans were notoriously picky and fickle when it came to technology – if something didn’t work as advertised, it was promptly returned...
Still fretting over what to do, Jin felt the car come to a stop. He glanced over to Arthur as he spoke, quickly unbuckling his seatbelt and stepping out from the opposite door. The bot’s blank gold eyes widened upon seeing the full size of the house that he would be living in. He’d never imagined a place so amazing could exist outside the shop where he was sold. It was impressive, and amazingly enough, not too excessive – however, his perception could’ve just tainted by a slowly forming bias. ...Ooh, he had a bias now! How exciting.
“You live in this huge place all by yourself?” Jin asked, looking back. “Don’t you get lonely?”
Even if someone spent most of their time away, surely it would feel more like a home if there was someone waiting for them when they got back? At least, that’s how Jin was programmed to see it.

"I . . ." Arthur was caught off guard by this question, and he glanced at the Asian bot, before looking away. "Yes. Very much so." He answered finally, softly. He seemed to direct these words at the front door.
"Come along, lad." He said, unlocking the door and holding it open. "We'll find you a room, and then set up to get you some more clothing, how does that sound?"

Jin heard the answer clearly, but thought it best not to press the question any further. From the tone his new owner had spoken, the bot knew he had stumbled across what humans referred to as ‘a soft spot’. Human didn’t like when such spots were exposes, much less prodded, so he decided to let it drop. No need to start things off on an awkward note, right?
After marveling at the house for a few more moments, Jin jogged up the steps to the front door and glanced at the blond hesitantly, feeling like he should be the one holding the door open. Oh, but he was busy being impressed by the estate...a mistake on his part that wouldn’t soon be repeated, hopefully.
“Clothes? What for?” Jin asked, looking a bit confused and pausing in the foyer. “If I remember right, my package came with two outfit sets already. I don’t sweat or anything, so that should be more than enough, right?”
