Current affiliation status: OPEN
Static taken/total .:. 1/10
Marquee taken/total .:. 7/10

• We have to be open, so be sure to check the current affiliation status!
  
• You have to be an RP board, comm, or something related to Hetalia RP.
  
• Your max ratings for publicly viewable content has to be PG-13, with the exception of gore and violence.
  
• You must put up our banner before you request affiliation.
  
• If your site closes, becomes inactive or goes down permanently, let us know so that we can remove you. You can always reapply to be affiliated if you start back up!
  
• You must make a separate topic in this board with the form farther down in this post.
  
• Banners will be put into the static section if they are 100x30, otherwise they will be put into our marquee. I apologize if this is troublesome for anyone.
  
• Saying please always helps your case, too~

Name: This is the name of the RP, site or comm
Name of Admin: So we know who to ask for if we need to
Way to Contact Admin: So we can get a hold of the admin should there be some sort of issue with broken links, or someone goes down, or something.
Banner: Just use img tags here to give us a preview of your banner
Banner Code: Please put the entire XHTML code here in code tags.
Max Rating: Self-explanatory, but meaning more rating like you'd see for various kinds of media
Genre: Self-explanatory, but remember this includes AU information. Try to be brief.
RP Style: Forum, LJ, MSN, etc.
