I haven't really got any concrete plans for what I want to do with Finland, yet, but Finland's a friendly guy, so if anyone wants a friend then he's your man!
I've got an open thread up for him at the moment in the harbour, but I don't mind starting other threads too.

I'd love to thread with you, but I currently don't have any real ideas immediately because Ivan is a recovering recluse. I can come up with some if I sit and think about it. Do you have any ideas in the immediacy?

Do you have any idea how you want things to end up? Since it's Timo, 90% of people he meets he'll be friendly to start off with at any rate. All we really need is for them to have a chance meeting and then for Timo to see through Ivan's smile and he'll decide that he needs a friend and he's the man for the job.

Hmmm, well, Ivan doesn't go many places and Timo is an icebreaker, so... let's see... They probably wouldn't be in the same sectors all that often. Friendship always works for me because Ivan fails so hard socially. What kind of chance meeting do you have in mind?

I was debating about having him live in the underground, if that would work? It was either going to be that or the Southern area, but obviously that's a bit of a trek for him to get to work.

Well, if he lives in the Underground, I can make the excuse of Ivan going down there to look at the sunflower fields (or other crops if need be) in the bio-farms, especially since the bio-farms are less dangerous than other areas of the Underground. Is that okay?

Hmm, Ivan will probably just be staring at the flowers like an idiot. It'd probably be unusual to see someone just standing there staring, right? Perhaps that could instigate a conversation out of curiosity?
